You have gone through your talent as an Agency/Business and placed them inside your Bench or a list. Now it's time to post work to your Bench and attract the right candidates to help you with your projects.

Now let's dive in on how to post to your Bench.
# Step 1 - Accessing your Bench
Once signed in, please go to the top right corner of the navigation bar, where you will find the drop-down menu.
# Step 2 - On Bench Landing Page - Click into your Bench or List
Decide whether you want to post to your Bench or a specific list.
# Step 3 - Post Work
At the top right-hand corner, you will see a button called "Post Work to List". By clicking this, you will start editing the work post form.
You will notice that in this form, under the section "Audience", you can now see your Bench or List has been selected. This will allow the work post to only go out to the dedicated people you have chosen.
As soon as you finish filling out the form, you're all done and have officially posted work to your Bench/List.
