This is definitely a question none of us here at Communo wish to hear, but alas!
Below are detailed instructions on how to cancel your subscription.
# Step 1 - Sign into your account.
Once signed in you will see the Communo homepage.
# Step 2 - Click your avatar icon & click My Account.
You know that icon in the top right corner that has your amazing face on it? Click it!
In the drop down menu, look for "My Account", which is highlighted in the picture below.
# Step 3 - In the section called Plan, look for the Manage button.
In this step you should see a pop up screen, like the one below. Where you will find the "Manage" button inside the Plan section, right under the Manage Subscription header.
# Step 4 - Click the Cancel Subscription button.
From the previous step, you will have been sent over to a different site. On there you will see your Subscriptions, as well as, billing information, and invoices.
Inside the Subscriptions component, you can click the "Cancel Subscription" button on the top right.
# Step 5 - Confirm that you wish to cancel Subscription.
You will be asked again if you wish to continue with cancelling your subscription. You will also see some information that relates to your current subscription.
The current billing cycle will continue, and the term will end on the date shown in this little modal.
If your mind is set on this, please press on "Cancel Subscription" once again.

If you do change your mind or wish to re-activate your subscription, all you will need to do is follow these steps again.

IF you wish to deactivate your account, please submit a Ticket Request and inform them of your inquiry.
In the body of your ticket, please provide the following which helps us in tracking down your account:
- Full name
- Email address (same one as your Communo sign in)
- Reason for leaving (if applicable; this feedback helps us at Communo)
