This is definitely a question none of us here at Communo wish to hear, but alas!
Below are detailed instructions on how to deactivate your account.
The following instructions are meant for non-paying Communo members.
These plans include:
- Freelancer Member
- Agency Guest
- Business Guest
IF you are a paying member or agency of the Communo family and you wish to deactivate your account, please submit a ticket and inform them of your inquiry.
In the body of your ticket, please provide the following which helps us in tracking down your account:
- Full name
- Email address (same one as your Communo sign in)
- Reason for leaving (if applicable; this feedback helps us at Communo)
Please follow these steps to help you deactivate your account.
# Step 1 - Sign into your account.
Once signed in you will see the Communo homepage.
# Step 2 - Click your avatar icon & click My Account.
You know that icon in the top right corner that has your amazing face on it? Click it!
In the drop down menu, look for "My Account", which is highlighted in the picture below.
# Step 3 - In the category Plan, look for the Deactivate account button.
In this step you should see a pop up screen, like the one below. Where you will find the "Deactivate account" button inside the Plan section.
# Step 4 - Confirm that you wish to deactivate account.
You will be asked again if you wish to continue with deactivating your account. If your mind is set on this, please press the "Deactivate account" once again.
