We frequently hear from users that our email notifications can sometimes become a little overwhelming.. Don't fret! This article is the ultimate guide to help you find & edit the way Communo reaches out to you!
First off, we need to find the notification settings.
In order to do so, follow these 4 easy steps.
# Step 1 - Please sign into your account (if you haven't done so already).
Once signed in, please guide your attention to the top right hand corner on the navigation bar. Where you will find your one-of-a-kind profile/avatar picture.
# Step 2 - Click your profile picture.
This will show you a new menu that looks like the picture below.
# Step 3 - Click My Account.
The new drop down menu will look like this picture.
# Step 4 - Click Notification Settings.
This will pull up a pop up menu where you will find a list of sections on the left, one of which is the very elusive notifications settings!
By click this, it will lead you to the area where you can easily edit and manage your notifications. Just as seen below.
As you can see from the picture above, there are a few categories with which Communo manages notifications (some of which you may not have access to, due to your payment plan).
Just a quick overview:
- Chats - receive updates about your messages with other members of the Communo family.
- Work Opportunities - gives Communo the thumbs-up to send you notifications about updates to new work.
- Applicants (only for members who are capable of posting work) - receive notifications about applicants to your posted work.
