We all tend to forget our passwords now and again! We here at Communo are no strangers to forgotten passwords.
The following are helpful steps in recovering your Communo account by resetting your password.
# Step 1 - Go to the Communo app main page & Click "I have an account"
If you haven't already done so, please use this link (https://app.communo.com/) to access the main page. Look for the second button at the bottom of the page. It says "I have an account". Click it! and by doing so you will be on the right track to resetting your password.
# Step 2 - Type in your email address.
Once you type in your email address, please hit "Continue".
It is important that you use the same email address that you used to create your account at Communo.
If you have forgotten what email that is, please email us at support@communo.com.
# Step 3 - Click "Forgot?".
When you heave reached this page, click "Forgot?" inside the password input form where you would generally put in your correct password to log in.
# Step 4 - Type in your email address and click "Send password reset".
Our last and final step! Once you reach this pop up screen, please proceed to type in your email you use to sign into Communo and click that giant red button!
Please go check your email inbox, you should now see an email from Communo about resetting your password.
